🔁 Clay Acres Frenchies Return Policy

At Clay Acres Frenchies, the well-being of our puppies is our highest priority. While we take great care in matching our puppies with loving, responsible homes, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. This policy is designed to provide clarity, transparency, and support in the rare event that a puppy must be returned.

📅 24-Hour Return Policy (Health-Based)

We offer a 24-hour return window for any puppy deemed medically “unfit” or “sick” as determined and documented by a licensed veterinarian. In such cases, the buyer is eligible for a full refund.

  • Buyer must notify Clay Acres within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.
  • Written documentation from a licensed veterinarian is required.
  • The puppy must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Note: This policy does not apply to minor, treatable issues or buyer’s remorse.

⏳ Returns After 24 Hours

📆 Within 72 Hours

If circumstances change within the first 72 hours and you are unable to keep your puppy:

  • You may return the puppy for a 50% partial refund of the purchase price.
  • The puppy must be in good health and free from injury or illness.

⏱️ Beyond 72 Hours

After 72 hours of ownership, no monetary refund will be issued. However, Clay Acres Frenchies will accept the return of the puppy at any time in order to ensure their safety and proper placement.

Important: The buyer is responsible for all transportation or return delivery costs associated with the return.

📌 Additional Terms & Disclaimers

  • All sales are considered final after 72 hours. No exceptions will be made beyond this point for financial reimbursement.
  • Clay Acres Frenchies is not responsible for costs incurred by the buyer post-purchase, including but not limited to veterinary care, training, housing, or dietary needs.
  • We reserve the right to revise, update, or modify this return policy at any time and without notice.
  • Submitting a return request implies acceptance of the terms outlined on this page.
