A Clay Acres French Bulldog puppy being examined by the veterinarian

Straight answers

Why our pricing is what it is

Our puppies typically run $3,500 to $4,500, starting at $3,500. Nobody enjoys talking about money, so here is the whole picture without the sales pitch.

Health testing before anything else

Four-panel genetic testing, color and DNA testing, OFA-minded structure evaluation, progesterone timing, and often a planned C-section. All of that happens before a single puppy exists.

Eight weeks of round-the-clock raising

Vet visits, DHPPC vaccines, deworming on schedule, microchipping, premium TLC food, NuVet supplements, and weeks of sleep we do not get back.

Why the cheap puppy costs more

A $1,200 Frenchie from an untested pairing is a bet against spine, breathing, and skin problems. We have taken those calls from heartbroken families. The vet bills dwarf the difference in purchase price.

What you can expect to pay

Typical range
$3,500 – $4,500

Pet price with limited AKC registration. Color, structure, and demand move a puppy within the range.

Deposit
$500

Non-refundable, applied to the purchase price. It is what lets us take a puppy off the market for you.

Full AKC and breeding rights
Full AKC registration with breeding rights is available on select puppies at an additional cost, and only after a conversation about your program and your health-testing plans. Text us and we will talk through what is possible with the litter in front of us.

Still have questions?

Ask us anything about the price of a specific puppy. We would much rather have a long conversation now than place a puppy with a family that felt rushed.
